Refund Policy

Overview

I aim to provide exceptional value through my coaching services. However, I understand that circumstances can change and sometimes services may not meet your expectations.

Coaching Sessions

Individual Sessions

  • Focus Sessions and one-off consultations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds

Monthly Packages

First Month

  • If you’re unsatisfied with your first coaching session in any monthly package, you can request a refund within 48 hours of that session
  • The refund will be prorated, minus the cost of any sessions already delivered
  • Processing time is typically 5-7 business days

Ongoing Months

  • Monthly packages are billed in advance
  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused sessions within a month

How to Request a Refund

  3. Briefly explain your reason for requesting a refund
  4. You’ll receive a response within 2 business days
