Refund Policy
Overview
I aim to provide exceptional value through my coaching services. However, I understand that circumstances can change and sometimes services may not meet your expectations.
Coaching Sessions
Individual Sessions
- Focus Sessions and one-off consultations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds
Monthly Packages
First Month
- If you’re unsatisfied with your first coaching session in any monthly package, you can request a refund within 48 hours of that session
- The refund will be prorated, minus the cost of any sessions already delivered
- Processing time is typically 5-7 business days
Ongoing Months
- Monthly packages are billed in advance
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing cycle
- No partial refunds are provided for unused sessions within a month
